When each option pays off

If you're visiting several paid sights a day and travelling a lot by public transport, the card shows its strength, especially on a Belém day. If instead you're mainly after the free miradouros, long walks, and a day trip to Sintra (not included!), individual tickets are often the cheaper choice. The table above helps you run the numbers.

Is the train to Sintra included in the Lisboa Card?+

No. The Lisboa Card covers public transport within the city, but not the regional trains to Sintra or Cascais. Buy those tickets separately.
